The problem is even the most well intended guests can get it wrong, so very wrong! Above is a photo from a restaurant with a rating of 4.5 out of 5 based on customer reviews. A restaurant with really excellent reviews. In fact I've printed some below:- “Expensive but worth it”
- “High Quality restaurant”
- “Really made you feel special!”
- “Excellent Food and Service”
- “A-Mazing!”
The best solution is to monitor your social media and representation vigilantly. And make sure you upload plenty of your own quality photos. Don't leave it to chance.
